About Private Money

Private money (some times referred to as hard money) refers to a loan made to a person, or company, that is secured by real estate.  This loan, made to you as the borrower, is money which individuals or companies have saved.  It is money a person or company has in their bank account and that person or company, called a private lender, has told Omega Capital Management, Inc. they want Omega Capital Management, Inc. to arrange a loan to you, the borrower, for them.  The lender then receives the monthly payment you pay on this loan.

Omega Capital Management, Inc. offers real estate secured first loans.  The company arranges loans as an agent for the borrower and an agent for the lender.  It does not loan it’s own funds.  The company may act as an agent of controlled funds.

Borrowers can expect fast and courteous and knowledgeable service.  The broker has been giving this service since 1988 when private loans were offered by him.

Omega Capital Management, Inc. is the managing company for Omega Capital Fund, LLC.  This company makes loans from its own funds and is controlled by the broker manager Omega Capital Management, Inc.

Previous borrowers we have arranged loans for have been individuals, trusts, as well as companies, corporations or an LLCs (Limited Liability Companies).  We have arranged loans for single family home borrowers to commercial borrowers.  From excellent credit score borrowers to the borrower with less than perfect credit scores.
